iPod touch case

I bought a 16gb iPod touch back in October when they came out. After purchase it spent most of its time at home, as I did not want to take it out for fear of dropping or scratching it. Normally when you buy something like this you have huge choice of accessories to choose from, but due to the way it was launched, very secretly, it appears many of the case manufacturers did not have anything lined up to sell.

After three weeks of pestering Apple in the shop and scouring the internet and forums I came across Proporta whilst flicking through a Mac magazine. They were promoting a case for the iPhone, so I presumed they must have something similar for the iPod touch?

I logged onto their site and found just what I was looking for in an iPod case, leather, not too much case so it chunks up the iPod and not in nasty clear plastic. It also has an aircraft (that’s right, an aircraft) aluminium insert to protect from knocks and bumps. The iPod case is superb and ticks every box. In addition the service I received from Proporta was excellent, ordered on a Thursday evening and received the case Saturday morning. It was so good I bought another one for my father-in-law.

Well done to Proporta, I would fully recommend the company and the products to anyone.
